PROCESSING TIME/ TURN AROUND TIME
Order processing time is usually 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS, although we may be able to send sooner if requested. If you are concerned about receiving an item in time for a special event, message us and we will discuss shipping options with you.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIME
We ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail or you can choose upgraded shipping options at checkout. Processing time + Shipping time = when you will receive you order!
*USPS First Class Mail generally arrives in 3-5 days, although this is not guaranteed by the USPS. Shipping delays may occur depending on your location or if shipping during a busy time, like the holidays.
*USPS Priority Mail is estimated to arrive in 1-3 days.

All orders include a tracking number and delivery confirmation. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item is shipped. As an online shopper ourselves, we understand the importance of good communication and shipping times. HoneyLove Boutique will strive to make each of our customers happy!
We ship to all countries! However, the buyer is responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, etc once the package arrives in the buyer's country. We can give general estimates of when a package may arrive, but make no guarantees since we can not control delays with shipping or customs checkpoints.
After your package is dropped off at the USPS post office, HoneyLove Boutique no longer has control of the package nor is responsible for delivery. In the case of damaged, lost or stolen packages, the buyer will have to contact USPS/their local post office to resolve the problem. If you would like shipping insurance, we suggest you use either USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Express Mail. Both of these shipping upgrades include up to $100 of shipping insurance. In the event a package is returned to HoneyLove Boutique for any reason, buyer will have to pay for a new shipping label to have the item reshipped to them. If the buyer no longer wants the item, a refund may be given on non-personalized items, but the buyer will not be refunded original shipping cost as that money has already been handed over to the USPS for the original shipping label.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the handmade and customized nature of our items, refunds are given only if you receive the wrong item or if the item is defective due to fault of HoneyLove Boutique. All items are inspected carefully by two HoneyLove Boutique employees prior to shipping to avoid errors. If there is an error, you must notify us and return the item within 3 days of delivery confirmation. We are NOT responsible for damaged or lost items caused by the USPS. For any concerns, please send us a message and we will do our best to make you happy!
Improper fit is not a valid reason for refund. Please make sure you order the proper size. If you are unsure of which size to buy, please contact HoneyLove Boutique so we can provide you with measurements. As a general rule, if the child is between sizes or a little chubby, we always suggest ordering a size up!
All photographs in our listings are posted with the intention of showing the most accurate colors. Depending on your computer monitor/smart phone settings, the colors may vary slightly.
All coupon/promo codes must be redeemed at checkout. We are unable to refund you any money for forgetting to enter your coupon code. You must use your coupon code at the time of purchase and we cannot honor any discounts after your order has been placed.
Please DO NOT leave babies or children unattended or sleeping while wearing any of HoneyLove Boutique clothing and accessories including, but not limited to, embellished items, headbands, bows, and necklaces. Most of our clothing and accessories include small parts that may pose a serious choking hazard to your child.
